Disclosures

Last updated: September 11, 2026

The following disclosures contain important information about Astro Investment Capital Ltd., our services, and the risks associated with investing. Please read carefully before opening an account or placing trades.

Broker-Dealer Information

Astro Investment Capital Ltd. is a registered broker-dealer and member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC).

Securities products and services are offered through Astro Investment Capital Ltd. Clearing and custody services may be provided by affiliated or third-party clearing firms. Astro is registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Investment Risk Disclosure

All investments involve risk, including the possible loss of principal. The value of securities, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), options, and digital assets may fluctuate and may be affected by market conditions, economic events, and other factors beyond Astro's control. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Astro's self-directed brokerage services do not provide investment advice, recommendations, or portfolio management. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Consider your financial situation, investment objectives, and risk tolerance before trading.

Commission & Fee Schedule

$0 commission applies to online U.S. equity trades, ETFs, and options for self-directed individual brokerage accounts. $0 commission does not apply to foreign-listed securities, fixed-income investments, or over-the-counter (OTC) securities.

Standard U.S. options trades are subject to a $0.65 per contract fee. Regulatory fees (SEC, FINRA TAF) may apply to sell transactions. Other fees may apply for wire transfers, account transfers, paper statements, and premium subscription tiers. A full fee schedule is available in your account settings and upon request.

Options Trading Risk

Options trading entails significant risk and is not appropriate for all investors. Options investors may lose the entire amount of their investment in a relatively short period of time. Prior to buying or selling an option, investors must receive a copy of the Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options, also known as the Options Disclosure Document (ODD).

Supporting documentation for any claims, comparisons, statistics, or other technical data is available upon request.

Digital Assets & Crypto Disclosure

Digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and related products are highly speculative and volatile. They are not insured by the FDIC or SIPC in the same manner as traditional securities. Regulatory treatment of digital assets continues to evolve and may affect availability, taxation, and legal status.

Staking, mining rewards, and yield products offered through Astro carry additional risks including smart contract vulnerabilities, network failures, and lock-up periods. Yields are not guaranteed and may change without notice.

Astro Gold & Astro Platinum

Astro Gold and Astro Platinum are subscription-based premium tiers offering enhanced execution speeds, priority support, and higher staking yields. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at enrollment. Benefits, fee waivers, and yield rates are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Premium tier benefits do not guarantee investment performance or protect against market losses. Terms and conditions for each tier are provided at enrollment and may be updated periodically.

Order Execution & Payment for Order Flow

Astro routes orders to market centers and liquidity providers to seek best execution for our customers. We may receive payment for order flow from certain market makers and routing destinations, which helps us offer commission-free trading. Details on our order routing practices are available in our Rule 606 reports, published quarterly.

Conflicts of Interest

Astro and its affiliates may have business relationships with issuers of securities available on our platform, payment processors, and third-party data providers. We maintain policies designed to identify and manage conflicts of interest in accordance with FINRA and SEC requirements.
